Great American offers a stand alone Employment Practices Liability (EPL) product for your clients that
prefer to preserve limits from erosion under a Directors' and Officers' (D&O) Liability Policy.
The ExecPro EPL policy is a state-of-the-art liability policy with broad language and a multitude of
enhancements.
Policy Features
- Claims made policy with Limits of Liability up to $25 million
- Option for Third Party Liability Coverage available for most accounts
- Duty to defend with the Insured having the right to assume the defense
- Either/ or Discovery option
- Broad definition of Claim including written demands for monetary or non-monetary relief and fact finding governmental proceedings
- Broad definition of Insured including the Company, all employees and any leased employees
- Broad definition of Loss including punitive damages with most favored venue wording
- Non-cancelable by the Insurer except for non-payment of premium
- 90-day post-policy claims reporting
- Automatic conversion to run-off coverage if change of control takes place
- Automatic coverage for employees of certain newly created, acquired or merged companies
- Spousal and common law partner coverage extension
- Risk Management program available to all policyholders through the outside law firm of Dolden Wallace Follick, LLP, including a toll free hotline.
